New Support Services

Managed Services Program - Our managed network services program includes 24/7 network services and hardware monitoring. If a problem is detected we act, so that your company maintains constant uptime- our monitoring clients report 99% network uptime. Additionally, weekly maintenance tasks include updating antivirus definitions, installing Windows Updates, verifying backup and performing test restores, and event log analysis. Our weekly monitoring reports provide management with an overview of all network servers- disk space utilization, Windows security patch installation, and corrective actions performed. Server Leasing

Accelerated Technology’s Server Leasing Program includes a Compaq Proliant or Dell server as well as our managed services program for a low monthly fee. Additionally, all server hardware is warranted by Accelerated Technology Solution and may be upgraded at the end of the lease.
